Pindot is a Wear OS application paired with an Android phone companion that helps caregivers distract a young child during diaper changes by displaying floating bubbles on a smartwatch screen.
Nothing. Pindot does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data, usage data, analytics, crash reports, advertising identifiers, location data, or telemetry of any kind.
Pindot stores user-chosen settings (bubble size, session timeout, sound/haptic toggles, etc.) locally on the phone and synchronizes them to the paired watch over the Wear OS Data Layer. This synchronization happens over an encrypted channel between paired devices managed by Google Play Services. The developer of Pindot has no access to this data and operates no server.
Because Pindot does not collect any data, there is no data to retain or delete. Settings stored on your devices remain there until you uninstall the app or clear its storage.
WAKE_LOCK (watch only) — keeps the watch screen on while a bubble session is active.VIBRATE (watch only) — produces a short haptic pulse when a bubble is popped (user-toggleable).Pindot does not request internet, location, microphone, camera, contacts, or any other permission.
Pindot does not embed any analytics, advertising, or third-party SDKs beyond Google Play Services Wearable (used solely for the on-device Data Layer described above).
Pindot is designed to be operated by an adult caregiver. It does not knowingly collect any data from any user, including children.
